Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers
Are you a self-starter with a ‘can-do attitude’? Do you have an appreciation for change management in a global environment? Then become part of our team as Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d). In your role, you will focus on further shaping our Compliance Management System in all aspects and be the go-to person for all local compliance officers to drive engagement and implementation.
Your challenges:
- You define and roll-out a risk assessment and evaluation process across Vantage Towers Group in alignment with Local Compliance Officers.
- You undertake risk assessments and recommend implementation of remedial measures, as required, for Vantage Towers AG.
- You drive the development, implementation and monitoring of key compliance policies and controls.
- You prepare regular reporting for senior stakeholders (Vantage Towers Risk & Compliance Committee and Vantage Towers, Audit,Risk & Compliance Committee) in line with agreed deadlines.
- You apply strong project management and organisation skills to manage complex, global compliance projects with multiple stakeholders.
Your qualification:
- A successfully completed university degree, preferably in law, obtained in Germany with 2 state exams, and relevant compliance experience
- Expertise in core functional compliance areas, preferably economic sanctions and trade controls
- The ability to appropriately influence key stakeholders across business units, geographical and cultural lines to drive effective compliance programmes
- Capability to run several projects at once across multiple policy areas and markets
- Ability to come up with ideas to continually improve compliance and maintain an eye for detail in compliance testing
- Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
