Regional Project Manager / PMO Region West (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers (german-speaking)

Then become part of our team as Regional Project Manager in Region West (m/f/d). In your role, you will use your experience as a cost and project manager and support us in the infrastructure expansion of Vantage Towers Germany.
Your challenges:
- You are responsible for controlling the achievement of targets for the rollout of mast and roof sites of Vantage Towers Germany on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for the region across the entire process chain and form the interface to the central departments.
- You are responsible for the regional multi-project management and project coordination and create regional status reports and evaluations.
- You ensure the coordination and definition of implementation plans and targets as well as rollout phasing with the regions.
- You create the production forecast for the Vantage Towers departments and external suppliers & partners.
- You identify deviations from the regular schedule and initiate countermeasures.
- You ensure that the rollout quantity is delivered within the given budgets and initiate appropriate actions in case of deviations.
Your qualification:
- A successfully completed degree or several years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry as well as at least 5 years of professional experience
- In-depth experience in the field of telecommunications as well as in setting up and rebuilding telecommunications systems and infrastructure
- Interest in the design and implementation of processes and workflows in the field of deployment and in related specialist areas
- High affinity for numbers, very confident with MS Office (especially Excel, ideally PowerBI) and databases
- Distinct conceptual and analytical thinking and working, high degree of independence as well as profound knowledge in professional project management
- Lateral leadership skills, very good communication and information skills
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English (C1 according to CEFR)
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.

The target annual salary is between 72.000 and 81.000 euros gross, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
