Your contribution:
- You maintain the relationship with the municipalities and take care of all aspects of compliance with the licensing requirements of the municipalities for the construction and operation of our mobile communications infrastructure
- Coordinate roll-out concepts with municipalities, mayors and other stakeholders and represent Vantage Towers in actively finding solutions on site
- Support real estate acquisition in challenging cases
- Coordinate with the relevant land development and regional strategy teams to incorporate permitting timelines and risks into business decisions
- Communicate approval requirements and associated development risks or impacts to various internal stakeholders (legal, planning partners, construction project managers)
What makes you stand out:
- Ideally professional experience in real estate management (e.g. administration, construction, planning)
- A university degree or comparable qualification
- Experience in communication with public administrations
- Very good manners and a confident manner when dealing with municipal stakeholders such as mayors, heads of departments and district councillors
- Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as environmental consultants and public authorities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills combined with independence, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- A bonus is knowledge of obtaining land use permits and acquiring land, as well as experience with permits in the mobile phone industry or related industries
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills written and spoken
