We are looking for a Real Estate Operations Specialist, based in Athens - Greece. You will be a member of the Landlord Management team, taking care of site-related issues, pursuing a successful cooperation for the timely completion of Vantage Towers and our customers' projects, according to Vantage Towers' strategic plans, and standards.
Your main responsibilities- Treat landlords as assets for the company. Diligently manage affairs related to them and properly address any requests received through the established communication channels. Act in a proactive manner and exhibit rapport to secure an undisrupted, long-term relationship
- Act in cases of any arbitrary or non - cooperative landlords' actions. Identify the impact on Vantage Towers operations, liaise with the landlords and get insight into the reasons that triggered such actions, consult with other engaged teams of Vantage Towers and take initiative to resolve the issue and mitigate the impact on company's operations
- Evaluate and assess sites' compatibility for the company or its clients' projects. Combine information of technical, contractual and technical nature to provide feedback, keeping in mind technical reports, studies, drawings and work orders. Coordinate projects in Network activities
- Cooperate with other teams of the company and the appointed partners and ensure uninterrupted access to sites. Provide explicit access details in line with contractual undertakings or any other limitations and complications. Pursue the prompt resolution of any site access issues, ensuring the timely implementation of projects / works in the field
- Follow MSA & SLAs in all processes and in interactions with other departments
- Support legal activities: collaboration with legal dept in case of legal disputes, collecting and providing site and landlord-related information (licensing, lease, site's history etc.) in a timely and thorough way
- Participate in the negotiation process in lease contract renewals, new agreements etc. and make thoroughly prepared recommendations to your line manager
- Prepare regular and / or ad-hoc reports to management
- Maintain and update all databases, sites, records and files, in line with internal procedures
- Maintain good relationships with the customers / contractors / public services involved departments
- Always ensure data security and confidentiality and do all activities taking into consideration any budget restrictions
- University degree. Degree in economics or business administration will be considered as an asset
- Very good communication, interpersonal and team working skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Stakeholder management abilities (relationship management and consultancy skills) and project management skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend what is important and its impact in the decision-making process

- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Data mining tools knowledge will be considered as an asset
