Your contribution:
- You manage the inventory of mobile sites and ensure continued high network coverage for mobile providers.Lead central projects for the lease portfolio and asset management on your own responsibility.
- Ensure the needs-based procurement of acquisition services from our partners.
- You are responsible for the timely and qualitative monitoring and acceptance of the negotiation results to be achieved, including bonus-malus control.
- Plan the necessary budgets and act as an interface to the financial planning within the framework of the budget process.
- You are responsible for the automated provision of all standard reports and the standardisation of data requirements as well as for special analyses and ad-hoc evaluations.
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
- An university degree in the field of Real Estate Management or Property Management.
- Extensive knowledge in the field of telecommunication technology as well as in setting up/converting telecommunication systems and telecommunication infrastructure.
- You understand contracts and can derive the necessary follow-up activities from them.
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
