Your contribution:
- You assure reporting of E2E production process for all VT customers (plan/actual/target).
- You are the interface between business and department requirements to forecast upcoming periods and set baseline for.
- Trak delivery of selected KPIs (incl. milestone lead times) based on contractual client agreements with respective risk analysis.
- Drive escalation process to clients and internally as communicated by departments such as delivery and supplier management (e.g. open permitting conditions, client search rings etc.).
- You develop and support blueprinting and centralized implementation of improvements of transformation, processes, documentation and communication.
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in telecommunications (e.g. mobile operators)
- A university degree in the technical field or a comparable degree
- Multidisciplinary project management with process and technical background knowledge
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
