Manager Recruiting & Operations (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers
Are you passionate about engaging and recruiting future skills? Do you have experience is implementing recruiting and attraction strategy? In your role, you will be responsible for implementing recruiting and hiring strategy, building future talent propositionas well as support with all recruiting and operations related projects for Vantage Towers.
Your challenges:
- You support us by implementing recruiting and attraction strategies for future skills as well as maintaining the operative recruiting processes across all Vantage Towers markets.
- You support by building hiring manager capability with regards to recruitment process.
- You work in trustworthy and results-oriented cooperation with People Services of our individual Vodafone companies as well as our Shared Service Centers.
- You drive excellent employee experience as well as continuous process improvements.
- You develop and implement the overall Future Talent proposition for Vantage Towers.
- You develop and implement VT employer value proposition aligned to VT Principles along and improve performance of our careers site, LinkedIn engagement and other tools.
Your qualification:
- A successfully completed university degree, ideally with focus on personnel or HR-relevant content
- At least 4 years of professional experience within the HR sector, with focus on Recruiting and HR processes
- Experience in dealing with multinational and multicultural teams
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management
- Business fluent German and English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
