Junior Quality Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers (german-speaking)
Do you have strong conceptual and analytical thinking and working skills? Do you have experience in project management? Then become part of our team as a Junior Quality Manager (m/f/d). In your role, you will use your knowledge & experience in quality management, quality assurance and auditing and support us in the infrastructure development of Vantage Towers Germany.
Your challenges:
- You will ensure supplier quality and compliance with quality standards for new construction, modification, and deconstruction of Vantage Towers telecommunication sites in cooperation with colleagues in occupational safety and electrical operational safety.
- You further develop suppliers based on quality metrics and supplier performance reports.
- You participate in Q reviews and escalation meetings together with Supplier Management with suppliers.
- You support the QM team in ensuring site quality by managing the acceptance process up to handover to Field Service and Site Preparation.
- You support the QM team in auditing suppliers as a co-auditor, including preparation, execution and follow-up of risk-based supplier audits as well as action tracking and effectiveness reviews of actions.
Your qualification:
- A successfully completed technical degree and at least 2 years of professional experience or a technical apprenticeship and at least 3 years of professional experience, for example in the field of energy infrastructure, electronics, electrical installation, steel construction or energy building technology
- Experience in quality management, preferably in supplier management and supplier development, desirable knowledge of supply chain processes in telecommunications
- Ideally, knowledge of the processes and workflows involved in the infrastructural construction, modification and dismantling of telecommunications sites
- A structured, systematic and process-oriented approach
- Very good written and spoken German (C1 according to CEFR), English skills desirable
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
