Your place in the team
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is the operational local HR interface for the Vantage Towers markets in Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic. The HRBP is the first point of contact for all HR-related issues of the cluster countries and thus represents the regional link between the individual countries and the functionally responsible CoEs. These CoEs may be located at Vodafone, Vantage or third parties.
Personal interaction, organizational understanding and individual problem-solving skills are paramount. The HRBP is the first point of contact for measures in the respective business units and actively contributes to the achievement of HR-relevant goals and the implementation of the HR strategy.
The HRBP works closely with the business leaders and the central HR team by taking charge of the implementation of country-specific measures, organizational change measures and specific projects.
Solid knowledge in the HR areas of talent management, employee engagement, recruitment and onboarding, rewards, and performance management should be evident.
You will be involved in the following tasks
? Operational implementation of the HR agenda in the respective markets; identification of local adaptation and customization needs.
? Contact person for employees and managers for all HR, remuneration and labour law issues by developing solutions involving the central HR interfaces or local contacts when needed.
? Trusting and active cooperation with the respective Vodafone national companies to ensure effective and efficient HR processes, e.g. in Rewards and Recruiting
? Coordination, monitoring and consulting of country-specific HR strategies and initiatives in all HR areas, by ensuring a seamless and efficient process implementation
? Regional interface for HR measures and activities taking into account the local labour law requirements in each market
We are looking for you if you have
? Degree in business administration, human resources management or social sciences with a focus on human resources;
? 3-5 years of professional experience in operationally supporting all HR areas
? Previous exposure in a multinational environment working with various virtual teams and multiple interfaces would be an advantage
? The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with others having a team oriented and positive attitude
? Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills and empathy
? Strong operational commitment, initiative taking and project management skills. High degree of implementation strength
? Fluency in written and spoken English
