Your contribution:
- You are responsible for ensuring the expansion of the grid in Germany
- Building and leading the end-to-end site deployment teams
- Oversee network development as well as contractor and supplier management to ensure compliance with project build requirements and providing an appropriate level of quality assurance
- Management of the network deployment with focus on cost-effectiveness, time, quality, and safety
- You are also managing risk, planning, reporting, forecasting, and implementing mitigation plans as appropriate
- Creating and improving relevant project processes and defining project normative
What makes you stand out:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in comparable positions, ideally in the telecommunications industry
- A completed university degree in Engineering in communications, civil, electrical, or a comparable degree
- Experience in successful leadership of a team, with the ability to inspire and develop high performance
- Technical knowledge in the field of communication technology and expansion (construction, law and standardization, networks)
- The ability to plan and make decisions, orientation towards project results and cost efficiency
- English and German skills written and spoken (C1)
