Head of Global Infrastructure Design (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers
Are you experienced as an infrastructure manager? Do you have an extensive knowledge in the field of engineering as well as in designing telecommunications systems and telecommunications infrastructure sites across several markets? Join our team as Head of Global Infrastructure Design (m/f/d) and support us in the infrastructure development of Vantage Towers Germany. In your role, you manage a team to standardize and modernize the infrastructure at the Vantage Towers sites.
Your challenges:
- You lead the GBT & RTT Site Infrastructure and Electrical & Cooling Design function.
- You manage a team of Engineering from different fields and culture and implement Engineering, design & Deployment strategy for Infrastructure Standardization.
- You are responsible for the development of the "Guideline & Design Infrastructure" group guidelines.
- You develop standard infrastructure components and ensure life-cycle management.
- You enable existing infrastructure and optimize fit for future designs for infrastructure sharing and reduced time to market.
Your qualification:
- A successfully completed university degree with focus on Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
- At least 10 years of relevant experience and broad knowledge in mobile telecom technologies and deployment
- Very strong experience and knowledge in structural material and design understanding, towers and site designs
- Leadership skills as well as a result- and target-oriented approach and a professional and confident appearance
- High flexibility and ability to work under strict timelines and project urgencies
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR), German is a plus
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.

The target annual salary is between 95.000 and 110.000 euros gross, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
