Your contribution:
- You build and maintain a strong Colocation Expert team.
- Develop and improve tower strengthening strategies.
- Forecast, track and ensure that customer needs on Vantage Towers towers are served as fast as possible.
- You present project progress, KPIs and SLAs at MD level internally and externally.
- You support the team hands-on by visiting and evaluating towers site for colocation.
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in German telecommunication and colocation market
- An university degree in economics or engineering
- Clear understanding of leading a team and working in the team
- Good understanding of customer obligations, contractual and business regulations
- Working independently, ability to lead and work in a team spread over Germany
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
