- Lead relationship with customers in Romania building strong partnerships in order to grow tenancy ratios in our Ground Base Towers, Rooftops and DAS
- Develop new B2B accounts and partnership with o.a. Public Administration to grow our business over time
- Identify new business opportunities over and above the existing sales plan
- High attention in the revenue development and profitability growth
- Support the definition and implementation of strategies to expand our commercial capillarity
- Participate in the different cross projects launched within the unit and with other Group countries to adapt it to the new environment
- University master's degree, M.B.A. is a plus
- At least 7 years of executive sales experience
- Accredited broad knowledge in telecommunication networks and infrastructure
- Romanian and English, fluent in written and oral
- Laptop & mobile phone (with unlimited voice and data tariff package)
